The Grand Canal Pool stretches 110 metres along the beachfront, the longest lagoon-front pool in the South Pacific, and transforms each evening into a stage for the nightly Fountain Show. Beachfront restaurant Blu serves modern fusion cuisine all day with uninterrupted sunset views; the rooftop SKYBAR pours cocktails and tapas above the lagoon; lobby cafe Dolce offers coffee, pastries and light bites beside the waterfall; and 24-hour in-suite dining is available around the clock.
